Most orders are ready in 1–3 business days, but larger or custom orders may take a little longer. We’ll always send you an email update when your order is ready to pick up — so keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder just in case).

📸 Uploading Photos for Custom Magnets

When ordering custom photo magnets, you can upload your image directly on the product page before adding it to your cart. You’ll be able to crop and preview it to fit the 2x2” magnet size exactly how you want.

🛍️ Can I Combine Pickup and Shipping?

If you order both pickup and shipped items, we’ll reach out to coordinate the best option for you. To keep things simple, we recommend placing pickup items in a separate order from shipped items.

If you notice a mistake (like a typo on a name magnet or wrong photo), email us within 24 hours of placing your order at theblessedbondco@gmail.com so we can fix it before production begins.
